Julie Farr, A New Boutique

CityShopGirl is always excited to learn about new boutiques opening especially after so many great independent stores have closed their doors the last few years. We stopped in and talked with store owner Julia Farr on her self named boutique that opened in July in the Friendship Heights neighborhood.
